                                    This page will help you identify Lincoln brushes used in Lincoln Engine Drive Welders. Please note our brushes are identical to Lincoln OEM, all brushes made in the USA!

A) SA 200 EXCITER BRUSH (Narrow)

SA-200 Below Code Number 7700 Lincoln P/N: T-6968 (Commonly called a "narrow brush" found in ("round barrel machines" )

Your machine has two exciter brushes  and we recommend that you keep a spare set at all times

3/8" thick x 5/8" wide x 1--1/4" long             Made in the USA-not an import!

B)SA 200 EXCITER BRUSH (Wide)

SA-200 Above Code Number 7700 Lincoln P/N: T-7554 (Commonly called a "wide brush" found in ("Hex Barrel machines" )

NOTE: This brush is also found in SA-250/SA-300/SAE-400 with 1 KW DC exciters

Your machine has two of these and we recommend that you keep a spare set at all times

1/2" thick x 5/8" wide x 1--1/4" long               Made in the USA-not an import!

C) MAIN WELDER BRUSH SA-200/250 CLASSIC AND 300 D MACHINES

Main Welder Brush for all Lincoln SA-200, SA-250, CLASSIC 1, 2, 3,

Your machine has eight of these and we recommend that you keep a spare set at all times

These brushes are 1/2" Thick x 1-1/2" Wide x 1-3/4" Long

P/N: T-2687          Made in the USA-not an import!

D) AC (3KVA) EXCITER BRUSH FOR SA-250, SAE-300, SAE-400, CLASSIC 1, 2,3 & 300D MACHINES.

Below Code Number 8900 Lincoln P/N: T-12881 or T-14875, these brushes are interchangable

E) MAIN WELDER BRUSH FOR SAE-300

Main Welder Brush for all Lincoln SA and SAE 300

These brushes are 5/8" Thick x 1-1/2" Wide x 1-3/4" Long

F) SEATER STONE

[NO IMAGE FOR THIS ITEM]

New brushes must be beveled and concaved to conform as closely as practical to the curvature of the communicator (DC) or slip-ring (AC). The seating stone is a none conductive stone (NEVER USE EMERY OR ANY SYNTHETIC OXIDE TO SEAT BRUSHES!) that is pressed lightly on the communicator near the leading edge of the brush.

The stone is are 5/8" Thick x 1-182" Wide x 4-3/4" Long               P/N: DD-114 Made in the USA-not an import!
