THE RELIABLE EASY IDLE UPGRADE IDLER!

.Lincoln Electric has obsoleted the "R-57" & "bellows" vacuum automatic idle systems, on the SA-200 "Pipeliner" gasoline welders! It is our understanding that the lincoln welder idler replacement parts are no longer available and that Lincoln offers no idler retrofit for the older Welders. If you have either Lincoln vacuum idler pictured on this page, please understand that Lincoln Electric has obsoleted these vacuum idler systems, they do not have them and they will never be available from Lincoln Electric again!

THERE ARE NO REPLACEMENT IDLER PARTS FROM LINCOLN STILL AVAILABLE!

We are please to offer the Reliable Easy Idler electronic idler upgrade for all Lincoln SA-200 engine drive welders with F-162 & F-163 Continental engines. This idler kit will retrofit all welders with the Continental F-162/163 engines, including the Miller Big 40 G, Trailblazer 44G, AO Smith 300, Linde 300, and the Chemtron 300 NT.

This is an UPGRADE Idler Kit not just a replacement.

a) Our Welder Idler system is not affected by welding lead length; TEN FEET OR 500 FEET: Your machine will idle up and down!

b) Auxiliary Power Auto Idle; will "sense" idle demand with 1/2 mile of Extension Cord (Good Extension Cord!)

The "Reliable Easy Idle" is designed to be installed by the owner with simple hand tools. It senses with a "Hall Effect Sensor" welding or auxiliary power needs. All sensing is done external of the welding generator.

This cannot damage the internal winding of the welder!
