Refurbished Stator Housing
Weldmart-Online now offers refurbished "hex-barrel", round and short hood stator housings (WM-0440) for Lincoln SA-200 and SA-250 welders.
Note: If your machine has a code number above 7300, then it has a HEXAGON barrel (hex-barrel) stator housing.
We take any existing stator housing, evaluate the series and interpoles, and replace them if necessary. Any defective coils are removed, and the housing is baked for an extended period to remove any lingering moisture. New Weldmart-Online main shunt coils are installed, then the unit is dipped in a proprietary epoxy insulation. The Lincoln SA-200 welders' arc characteristics are dependent on the status of the stator housing: age and deterioration of the original Lincoln paper insulation will affect how well the machine welds.
This item is not available from Lincoln Electric, but Weldmart-Online LLC stocks these items on the shelf. Core charges apply. The customer is responsible for all freight charges for the rebuilt stator housing and return of the customer's rebuildable core.
