AEC-200 Spool Gun
The AEC-200 may be the only spool gun you use for the rest of your life! It easily attaches to any MIG (Constant Potential) Power Supply.
This gun easily welds aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum bronze, silicone bronze, or any filler metal on a 4" spool. One gun for all applications: steel and stainless steel wire 0.025" through 1/16", and aluminum wire 0.023 through 3/64". The AEC uses standard 4" wire spools from anywhere, with no need for high-priced specialty wire available only from one gun's supplier.

The AEC-200 uses a solid-state DC motor control. The advantage of the electronic control is simple: at the slowest speed (1RPM), you have full motor torque. The control assures that you have consistent wire feed speed at any speed setting with all sizes of wire.
When purchased from Weldmart-Online LLC, each gun comes with an instruction manual and a sample pack of tips and nozzles.

History of the AEC-200: The AEC-200 spool gun may look familiar, because it goes back to World War 2. This gun was originally manufactured by Airco and was referred to as the "20-E" gun. Blue guns were for Miller, black guns were for Glenn, yellow guns were for Chemtron, and half-black, half-clear guns were for Lincoln -- but they were all the same spool gun.
